Phonte and Rapper Big Pooh are, Little Brother. The duo met on the campus of North Carolina Central University in 1998 and went on to form the group after a couple of different iterations in 2001, along with former member 9th Wonder. This is my favourite album of the 2020’s. A classic in the first order. Every song is truly great. Nothing sounds repetitive and it continues to be fresh and new to this day.
